A groundbreaking transfer system will launch on the Resolute stand in 2025. Developed by Colin Marsh, Resolute’s R&D director, over the past 18 months the Ultra DTF (trademarked) transfer system is an innovative DTF process designed to produce transfers that not only cover stripes on sports shirts but also block out sublimation dye, setting a new standard in textile printing. The Ultra DTF system features a newly developed fi lm and adhesive powder, created in collaboration with Resolute’s manufacturing partners. These components are perfectly matched with the DuPont Artistri P1600 DTF inks, ensuring exceptional quality and performance. The system can produce 20 to 30 linear metres per hour of regular DTF transfers, with Ultra DTF transfers running at an average of 12 linear metres per hour.
Also on stand, visitors will fi nd a spin off from this product called Resolute Stay Bright. This combination of consumables – an exclusive DTF fi lm and adhesive powder – can be used in any DTF printer to obtain brighter white prints, similar if not better to traditional cut vinyl. While this does not have the stripe blocking capabilities of the Ultra DTF system, it does offer better white ink opacity on any DTF printer without changing the current white ink.
Adelco will be showcasing a slightly different DTF solution in the form of a double-sided UV DTF printer. One of this printer’s standout benefi ts is its ability to print double-sided designs visible from both sides, delivering a striking, professional fi nish for transparent applications. Another plus point is the durability of UV-cured inks, which provide resistance to scratches, water, and fading. This makes the UV DTF printer ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications.

DTF MultiCut Pro
R.A. Smart has recently been appointed the UK distributor for Hanrun’s range of DTF printers, and as such will use P&P LIVE! as the place to showcase these products to the UK market for the fi rst time.
The new Hanrun Evo-A450, 45cm wide printer, allows customers who are tight on space to still benefi t from industrial output speeds and high-quality prints in a compact package. Available as a fi ve-colour or seven-colour ink system depending on confi guration.
Additionally, for those looking to print increased capacity, there is also a 1.2m wide Hanrun solution available. This wide format option allows users to print larger jobs, or increase productivity, by utilising a print space double that of typical machinery on the market.
Hanrun’s DTF offering sits well alongside R.A. Smart’s carefully selected and highly successful existing line of DTF solutions from Polytech and Mimaki.

Over on the Secabo stand, visitors will be able to fi nd the DTF MultiCut Pro – a gamechanger for the DTF printing market. Designed for high-volume logo and transfer production, this cutter is set to redefi ne precision and effi ciency in the industry. Innovative features include; segmented cutting technology, enhanced workfl ow compatibility and advanced QR code scanning.
