InkTec launches new technical sales support team


T


o enhance customer service, streamline technical support and expand digital marketing efforts, InkTec has formed a new technical sales support team.


This dedicated team will focus on a range of activities designed to elevate InkTec’s customer experience, such as conducting live equipment demonstrations, cultivating strong relationships, providing seamless support to customers, and enhancing social media engagement.


The technical sales support team will be responsible for supporting both the JETRIX printer series and InkTec’s extensive range of DTF and UV-DTF solutions.


Heading the team is long-time InkTec employee Ian Windebank, whose career with the company has evolved from


Resolute appoints new head of sales


A


new head of sales has been appointed at Resolute to manage the company’s sales force and take the lead on growth plans into new territories and markets. Ricky Robinson-Nunn joined Resolute in June 2022 in the role of sales manager and has now been promoted to head of sales.


Operations director, Rachel Marsh, said: “Ricky has been a valuable member of the Resolute team over the last couple of years and takes the lead on moving us forward with our growth plans and our return to a strong network of worldwide dealers. “Ricky’s wealth of industry knowledge is second to none and he has been a key figure in helping customers make the move to DTF since Resolute brought it to the UK market and growing the Resolute brand across Europe and the rest of the world.”

JETRIX engineer to providing technical sales support across the UK and Europe. Mr Windebank’s deep expertise in the JETRIX printer series positions him as the ideal leader to drive this new initiative.


Joey Kim, managing director, said: “InkTec is entering a pivotal phase of growth.


“Ian’s extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with JETRIX printers will ensure this new team


delivers exceptional customer support while helping us build a foundation for sustainable growth in 2025 and beyond.”


Joining Mr Windebank is Pedro Hernandez, who will initially focus on DTF-related activities. Over time, Mr Hernandez will expand his responsibilities to include support for the JETRIX product line.


The team will also concentrate on developing new applications and custom profi les, testing and ensuring the highest print quality standards, as well as providing ongoing domestic service support for JETRIX printers. team by 2026. We aim to enhance our operations, align more closely with our customers and the industry, and continue delivering innovative solutions that meet and exceed market demands.”
