he UK’s only exhibition dedicated to the garment decoration industry will take place in Hall 20 at the NEC in Birmingham from Sunday, February 23 to Tuesday, February 25. Whether it’s a new bit of garment decoration kit to add to your line-up or just some advice from those in the know, P&P LIVE! is the only event you need to attend in 2025. With dozens of exhibitors on the fl oor plan who will be showcasing the very latest garment and product decoration techology, visitors will be spoilt for choice.
Direct to film printing
If you were to wind the clock back to pre-COVID-19 levels, the phrase ‘direct to fi lm printing’ was a non-entity. Not one exhibitor prior to this point in time showcased any products in this area of printwear production.
Now fast-forward to 2025 and if DTF printing is your specialism then you will be in your element if you visit Printwear & Promotion LIVE! next month, for many exhibitors will be demonstrating the latest showstopping DTF solutions to hit the market.
On the Roland DG stand you will fi nd the TY-300 DTF production transfer printer. This printer has already turned heads in the decorated garment market since its Japanese debut in September 2024. Now, this next-gen marvel is coming to Europe in January 2025. Designed with advanced print heads and a new generation of DTF inks, the TY-300 delivers razor-sharp details, from fi ne lines to small text and stunning photographic designs. The TY-300 will be launched with an optional inline shaker/ dryer unit, offering a full DTF production set up from Roland DG to complement the entry level BY-20. The TY-300 will also be showcased on the Amaya Sales UK stand.
First time exhibitor Ricoh Printing Solutions Europe will be showcasing the D16000 from Ricoh. This printer is an all-in-one DTF solution using Ricoh Gen5 water-based piezo inkjet print heads with integrated hotmelt adhesive, heating unit, and an on-line cutter. The D16000 is built and manufactured in Europe to the highest level, offering sustainable, repeatable, and exceptional levels of production over a long period. This exhibitor has also alluded to a surprise launch of a new unique and revolutionary DTF product. Details are being kept under wraps, so keep your eyes peeled for an announcement nearer to the show.

InkfuseDTF returns to P&P LIVE! with the introduction of the 33cm DTF Nova Dual Head i1600 printer – a reliable, effi cient, and compact powerhouse designed for garment printers who want to level up their business.
With its dual Epson i1600 print heads, this machine is built to deliver exceptional results, combining CMYK and WWWW ink confi gurations for vibrant colours and smooth, even white layers. The 33cm print width and eight-pass resolution ensure every detail comes through perfectly. Plus, with a speed of 5m sq/hr, it’s ideal for busy workfl ows, churning out up to 15m of prints per hour.
