prep the next. With a smart control panel showing temperature and humidity display, multi-user management, daily output record, and custom parameters.
This is a heat press designed to elevate production: dependable, powerful, and built to meet the demands of modern print shops. Next is the M&R Starlight Exposure Unit. The system features multiple UV LEDs which deliver rapid exposure and uniform coverage whilst maintaining precision. This signifi cantly shortens the time it takes to make screens while using far less energy at a lower temperature. It specifi es vacuum and exposure times through a digital touchscreen controller, which stores up to 24 different profi les, making repeat jobs effortless. Installation is even easier – the unit arrives assembled inside a steel cabinet ready to deploy.
Last but not least is the M&R Qwik Klean. It is built entirely from stainless steel, and designed to take one of screen printing’s messiest, most time-consuming jobs and turn it into a fast, automated process. The cleaning chemicals are even recirculated, which reduces environmental impact, lowers operational costs, and keeps operators safe. A fi nal freshwater rinse at the end of each cycle not only ensures thorough cleaning but also protects squeegee rubber from degradation, extending the life of your blades. • Learn about these machines and more on stand J10.
