Coveme S.p.A, Europe’s leading innovator and manufacturer of heat transfer release and casting films, is delighted to be presenting their Kemafoil KTR heat transfer release film range. Developed in Italy, with production and stock holding in Italy, USA and China, Kemafoil KTR transfer films covers water-based, plastisol and solvent-based screen-printed based applications, dry and liquid toner ‘hybrid’ printing, cast wrapping materials, and DTF (Direct to Film).
With a non-wax based release, the Kemafoil KTR range are Oeko-Tex certified, and are chrome, phthalate, and formaldehyde free. They are also fully recyclable making them fully sustainable. In addition, the ‘ECO’ range offers a recycled rPET content of 90%.
Thanks to Coveme’s advanced technology, specific treatments, and coatings, Kemafoil KTR films offer a long shelf life, are dimensionally stable and feature a special surface receptivity that offers both cold and hot release.
Additionally, Kemafoil KTR release films offer humidity resistance, antistatic and anti-blocking properties. Kemafoil KTR films can also enhance the final image with a Matt, Gloss or 3D effect, paired with a Super-Soft touch.
The KTR DTF films are specifically formatted for Direct to Film printing, are coated one side, and are designed for easy setup. The result is a soft hand feel and drape with excellent wash resistance. Stand: E62
