EXILE is to present its new range of Computer to Screen solutions the affordable FREEStyler 2 DTS and the new flagship SPYDER 3 CtS system.
The FREEStyler 2 offers a cost-effective route into Computer to Screen, replacing the original FREEStyler with a new metal body design with upgraded mechanics and electronics for improved precision and reliability. The FREEStyler 2 uses a low cost disposable print cartridge for low maintenance and ease of use. New bi-directional printing micro-weaving options offer dramatically improved print speeds so a typical T-Shirt chest print of about 1 sq ft can be imaged in about 3.5 minutes.
EXILE’s SPYDER 3 finally gets its official UK and European launch and sets a new benchmark for image quality. With a new 1200dpi XEROX industrial print head the SPYDER 3 can rival Direct Exposure systems for Screen stencil quality. Unlike Direct Exposure systems the SPYDER 3 can be used with any type of emulsion, without compromising imaging speed. The SPYDER III produces a typical T-Shirt screen stencil in under a minute and is set to become the new industry standard for Textile & Transfer Screen printers who want to eliminate film and produce fast, high quality Screen Stencils.
At the show, EXILE will run live demonstrations on both CtS systems together with its complimentary UV-LED Exposure systems... the VLUX and EXPOSE-DTS. Stand: F70
GS UK
The GS UK stand will showcase a range of garment decoration solutions including embroidery machinery, embroidery consumables and laser cutting and engraving equipment.
At Printwear Live!, visitors will have the chance to see a range of Merlin Pro multi-head, 15 needle machines, single heads and the Brother PR680w embroidery machine. There will be show offers available on many of the machines. As the UK distributor of Gunold threads and stabilisers, the team will be available to answer any technical questions on thread types, backings, underthreads, needles and specialist backings, to ensure you get the most from your embroidery.
GS UK will also be showcasing the BRM Pro range of Laser Cutter machines. The BRM Lasers are a new addition to the GS product range and include options for both large and small companies with the compact BRM Pro 600 through to the BRM Pro 1600.
