Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2024 will take place from Sunday, February 25 to Tuesday, February 27.
Show times are:
Sunday, February 25: 10.00am – 5.00pm Monday, February 26: 10.00am – 5.00pm Tuesday, February 27: 10.00am – 4.00pm

Hall 1, NEC Birmingham. How much do tickets cost?
Entrance is FREE to all those involved in the garment decoration, promotional product and print trades.
How do I register?

How do I attend Sign & Digital UK? P&P visitors will be able to gain access Sign & Digital UK via a stairway link to Hall 2 in Hall 1, without the need to re-register for Sign & Digital at the main entrance to Hall 2.
Is there a fee to park at the NEC venue? Yes. The cost of parking in an onsite car parking space is £17.95 on the day, £12.95 if booked online before the day of your visit.
Where do I stay?
There are a number of hotels on site at the NEC and in the nearby vicinity. Visit the P&P LIVE! website for more information.
Are children allowed in the exhibition hall? Yes. Parents will be asked to complete a disclaimer form at the registration desk and each child will be issued with their own badge. This will hold the contact details of a parent in case of emergency or if a child finds themselves separated from their group at any point. If a child becomes lost in the hall, a member of the NEC team (or exhibitor) can bring them along to the Organiser’s Office where a call will be made to the number stated on their badge. We would urge parents to be vigilant and always ensure the safety of their children, especially around any working machinery at the show.

Printwear & Promotion LIVE! is a one-stop- shop for printers (screen, transfer and digital), embroiderers, retailers, and promotional product distributors.
