This year AJS was exhibiting a new model of a Tajima embroidery machine, which was launched at the show.


field. The maximum embroidery field is 550x600mm, Tajima’s largest single-head embroidery field, and can handle large embroideries on dresses, sports jerseys, tablecloths, curtains, bedding, and more.


AJS was also showing for the first time all its single-head machines with massive new touchscreen operating panels. Also, as with AJS’ other single-heads, a wide variety of frame types are available, allowing embroidery on a wide range of items such as caps and bags.


In addition, AJS also demonstrated two new software options from Tajima Software Solutions and for visitors selling personalised products online through Shopify, they could receive a demo on the PulseID Plug-in which automates readymade files from order to the machine for embroidery, print and engraving.


ZSK Racer R 4W


Over on the Stocks stand, visitors were treated to the first UK showing of the ZSK Racer R 4W. The innovative Racer R Series features the fastest embroidery machine speed across the UK. Stitching continuously at over 2,000 stitches per minute, while maintaining the excellent stitch quality provided by ZSK machinery, the Racer R series can almost double production And finally, first time exhibitor Fabric Mouse introduced BAi Embroidery Machines to the UK market for the very first time. Visitors were able to experience the BAi Mirror – a 15-needle commercial embroidery machine. The BAi Mirror combines cutting-edge technology with WiFi file transfer and sketch software from InStitch, making it easy to link up to 10 machines on a single iPad. Designed for flawless stitching on various fabrics, it’s ideal for intricate designs, caps (frame included), logos, and custom patterns.


The Mirror features a user-friendly interface, high-speed stitching, and durable construction, making it ideal for beginners and professionals. Its energy-efficient operation reduces costs, while its compact design fits through standard UK door sizes.


This is just a selection of the numerous embroidery machines that were demonstrated live during the exhibition. It’s always lovely to hear the hum of the machines fill the exhibition hall as they stitch for three days continuously.
