Resolute introduced garment decorators to several new printers on its stand this year; including the CraftyJet and the R-Jet Pro DTF V8i.
During the three days, the R-Jet Pro DTF V8i was churning transfers out at breakneck speeds, with the cutting handled by Resolute’s new FB1XL flatbed cutter. This printer is designed for high-speed, high-volume DTF production, operating at speeds of uo to 40 linear metres per hour in mono mode, or 30 linear metres per hour for full-colour printing. The CraftyJet is the first
custom-built DTF printer designed
for the craft market. It is built from the ground up ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and user-friendly experience. Its compact size makes it portable and ideal for home workshops and limited spaces.
Adelco showcased a slightly different DTF solution in the form of a double-sided UV DTF printer. One of this printer’s standout benefits is its ability to print double-sided designs visible from both sides, delivering a striking, professional finish for transparent applications. Another plus point is the durability of UV-cured inks, which provide resistance to scratches, water, and fading. This makes the UV DTF printer ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Over on the Secabo stand, visitors were able to find the DTF MultiCut Pro – a gamechanger for the DTF printing market. Designed for high-volume logo and transfer production, this cutter is set to redefine precision and efficiency in the industry. Innovative features include; segmented cutting technology, enhanced workflow compatibility and advanced QR code scanning. This cutter represents a significant leap forward for the DTF market, offering unmatched precision and efficiency for high-volume production.

Visitors to the R.A. Smart stand could see the new Hanrun Evo-A450, 45cm wide printer on display. This machine allows customers who are tight on space to still benefit from industrial output speeds and high-quality prints in a compact package. Available as a five-colour or seven-colour ink system depending on configuration.
Additionally, for those looking to print increased capacity, R.A. Smart also showcased the 1.2m wide Hanrun solution available. This wide format option allows users to print larger jobs, or increase productivity, by utilising a print space double that of typical machinery on the market.
The addition of Hanrun’s DTF offering sits well alongside R.A. Smart’s carefully selected and highly successful existing line of DTF solutions from Polytech and Mimaki.
Several direct to film options could be found on the YES Group stand, including the Prestige R2 Pro Max Bundle and the DTF Station Prestige R1.
