Cleopatra: The Experience

leopatra: The Experience is now open at Immerse LDN, Excel London Waterfront, for a very limited run of 15 weeks until 12
July. Featuring nine interactive galleries, Cleopatra: The Experience takes visitors on a captivating journey through Ancient Egypt as they uncover the legend, love, lifestyle and beauty. With a striking blend of 22 real Egyptian
artefacts, cinematic projection technology, a state- of-the-art hologram, Virtual Reality, a free-roaming Metaverse, interactive installations and more, the figures vividly to life with one of the most ambitious and huge scale exhibitions in London. Visitors begin their journey by discovering
the story of the Ptolemaic Dynasty through an innovative hologram presentation. From the arrival of Alexander the Great and the founding of the dynasty to the final days of Ancient Egypt, this first opening room of the exhibition presents the complete historical arc of the Ptolemies, offering essential context to the life, reign and legacy of Queen Cleopatra. The experience continues in the free-roaming
Metaverse room where visitors put on Virtual Reality goggles and explore the catacombs of Alexandria, tent during the Battle of Actium, before entering the Bay of Alexandria and the famous Lighthouse. Alongside the cutting-edge digital storytelling, the
experience showcases a curated selection of more than 22 original artefacts from the Hellenistic and Late Egyptian periods. Presented in collaboration

From there, visitors discover the fascinating city of Alexandria with its historic buildings displayed on a huge interactive map before witnessing a video-mapping and sound show projected onto a five-metre-tall recreation of the Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The penultimate gallery places visitors inside
a vast 360-degree, eight-metre-high cinematic projection room where the latest projection mapping technology allows audiences to soar coronation. Visitors journey through the Temple of Isis and the Library of Alexandria before reliving story with Mark Antony and the epic final Battle of Actium which sealed her fate. This 90-minute+ experience concludes with
a full-motion seated Virtual Reality experience catastrophe that caused Alexandria to sink beneath tomb. Visitors then explore submerged ruins, forgotten temples and sphinxes before entering the Developed in collaboration with historical

Egyptologist Dr Chris Naunton, the exhibition uses advanced projection technology to recreate the world of Cleopatra along with 5D sensory elements including atmospheric scents, delivering a new level of immersive storytelling and engagement. Dr. Chris Naunton, British Egyptologist, writer and
