future leaders of tomorrow to demonstrate their potential, develop their technical skills and improve their employability
There are a range of opportunities available for brands, associations and training providers to align themselves with the highest standards of excellence within the industry and show their support for the leaders of tomorrow.
S
killFRIDGE, in partnership withWorldSkills UK and a network of outstanding industry sponsors, training providers and equipment suppliers, aims to tackle the impending skills crisis by highlighting the importance of RACHP skills to modern life and the array of exciting career opportunities available to young people.
With the deadline for registration approaching, training providers are encouraged to identify the very best students and apprentices studying up to Level 3 RACHP and provide them with an opportunity compete in an exciting and pressurised environment.
Competing in SkillFRIDGE is an opportunity for the future leaders of tomorrow to demonstrate their potential, develop their technical skills and improve their employability - as well as a chance to engage with key industry figures and work with the latest equipment to hit the market. Past competitor Chandler Davison, a student at Bath College, says: "I entered SkillFRIDGE after being advised by my college lecturer, who
explained the process and showed me how much of a useful learning exercise the competition could be."
SkillFRIDGE 2017 gold medal winner Jack Culhane, a student at Eastleigh College, says: "I entered SkillFRIDGE to test myself and see how I would do. I think it has been really positive and I hope to learn more and more along the way." The organisers of SkillFRIDGE have provided a passive test to help training providers identify students and apprentices that would benefit the most from this unique opportunity. The passive test is available to download on the SkillFRIDGE website.
