I’ve been thinking about the deal by Caesars to buy William Hill and the longer it rolls on, the more brilliant it seems to be. They bought the entire company, then sold a chunk of it for almost the same as they spent on the whole entity. It’s either genius by Caesars or spectacularly bad work by the William Hill board; something doesn’t quite add up there. Why the disparity?


I digress. Back to the weather. The nights are drawing in, soon the clocks will change, and we will be huddling around our TV sets for the winter just like… Well, like for most of lockdown, regardless of the weather. Stay safe, see you soon.
