Casino International: What’s new for StylGame in 2022? Do you have any new styles or developments to share with customers? StylGame: We recently introduced a revolutionary chair for slot machines and table games, the Maya chair, which is a breakthrough of design and functionality with a built-in massage backrest that will disrupt the way chairs have been conceived so far.
CI: How were you best able to support customers and your own team during the covid crisis? StylGame: We never stopped staying in touch with our customers even during the lockdown and we never stopped innovating and launching new products, for example the social distancing dividers which were launched during lockdown. This helped us to maintain a high motivation within our team and to overcome this difficult time together.
CI: What are the most important things to consider when designing furniture for a casino environment? And are there any special considerations for the end user? StylGame: There are many factors to consider when designing furniture for a casino environment. For this reason, StylGame introduced “Player Hub”; with Player Hub the seat becomes part of the innovative overall concept, where each element that contributes to the player’s experience as a whole is seamlessly integrated in order to provide maximum comfort to players and higher revenues for operators. StylGame is currently the only company in the world that designs and manufactures, in addition to the ergonomic seats, also every other single component of the Player Hub.
CI: Does your seating vary for different regions? If so, how? StylGame: While the quality of materials and construction stays the same across the regions in order to provide the same unparalleled comfort to players worldwide, the style (color of upholstery, finishings of frames and ornaments) varies greatly depending on the region.
CI: What trends do you foresee in the world of seating in the near future? StylGame: Seating for slot machines and table games will remain rather traditional while seating for sportsbook will gradually become more technologically advanced, with light, sounds and buttons that players can use to listen to the games they are watching and to request table service. StylGame has been a pioneer of this trend by introducing already in 2019 the Fortune Sportsbook chair equipped with speakers, volume control, wireless phone charger, and service call among many other options each casino can choose from.
