CI: You’ve mentioned the big players, what about the frequent players, the players who are spending not just on the gaming floor but resort-wide? TP: So, the one thing that has always been part of OPERA Cloud’s DNA is guest profile information. This means that no matter the touchpoint at the hotel, the person using OPERA Cloud sees the exact same information. So if they’ve purchased food and beverages at the restaurant, stayed on property multiple times, or even across multiple properties
