Kudos expands shower enclosure designs
UK Manufacturer, Kudos, has expanded its collection of Pinnacle8 luxury shower enclosures to include a true quadrant and centrefold designs. Pinnacle8 is an
elegant range of semi- frameless enclosure models that initially offered hinged and sliding door options to suit recessed and corner installations. Now Kudos has added two true quadrant designs to the collection for the first time which will fit on to 550 radius quadrant shower trays including Kudos’ own Kstone and new Connect2. The new quadrants come in 900mm and an offset version 1200x900mm in size. They’ve also added three sizes of a new centre-fold enclosure design too; 800mm, 900mm and 1000mm in width. At 2000m in height, the enclosure range offers sizes from 760mm to 1800mm. All models have been designed to be easy to install with a slimline wall profile with fully concealed fixings maintaining 20mm wall adjustment. They also feature crystal clear seals and 8mm toughened safety glass throughout which is treated with Lifeshield™, a lifetime protective coating for easy cleaning.
The Queen’s Award for Enterprise: Innovation 2020 recognises HiB’s success
Leading bathroom supplier HiB has been honoured with a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the Innovation category. The company is one of only 220 organisations to be recognised nationally with the prestigious award, which highlights businesses that have outstanding industry achievements. Kbsa announces new date for conference
T
he Kbsa has announced that the 2020 conference will be moved from this September to April 2021.
The conference which was due to take place on 30th September, will
now be held on 28 April 2021 at the same venue, the Crowne Plaza in Stratford-upon-Avon. Kbsa national chair Richard Hibbert said, “We have taken this
decision with the full support of our sponsors. They are in agreement that moving the date will allow us to develop a conference timetable that will focus on support for our retailers. “The retail
landscape in 2021 will look very different from what it is now, and our role is to bring together a format with the very best advice and expertise to benefit our members.” The Kbsa design awards will also be moved to the 28 April. The
closing date for entries has been moved until 11th December 2020. Retailers are encouraged to continue to submit entries. Those already received will be carried over to 2021. For information on any bookings made so far, or to enquire about the
