It’s a whole new look for Essex-based, Traymate, a specialist shower tray manufacturer

S

hower tray manufacturer, Traymate Products, has rebranded and

relaunched a range of new customer communications following a review of marketing activity in recent years. While the brand is extremely well known in the industry and has been manufacturing shower trays in Purfleet, Essex for over a decade, the company has previously concentrated on manufacturing own label products, as well as selling a limited range of branded products under the TMUK banner. Traymate’s new logo, identity and range of

branded communications, including a new website and printed materials, retailer point of sale as well as branded merchandise, has come in response to the company identifying a very clear position in the market; offering truly innovative low profile (25mm) shower trays that give the end user a ‘wet room’ look, without the complications and costs that tend to come with a wet room. Whilst the trays appear flat, by combining their

unique Smart Water Management Technology with the vortex feature of the waste unit to create a vacuum effect under the waste cover, Traymate

shower trays can clear water from both the Linear and Symmetry shower tray surfaces almost instantly. With no moving parts or traps contained within the waste unit there is minimum maintenance required and no risk of flooding if installed correctly. The Linear range is ideal for those who prefer

the classic look of a wetroom with a liner outlet. Designed for a broad range of used, it’s flush to the floor entry, flat surface and flush fitting waste cover combine to minimise hazardous trip areas for young children and older people. The Symmetry range offers a stylish,

contemporary shower tray with a centrally located waste – similar to the Linear in every way but the location of the waste.

The Elementary range continues to offer a

25mm shower tray but in a more traditional design, for those who aren’t looking for a wetroom look in their bathroom. The Slate effect shower trays help to create

an authentic slate finish in your bathroom, with a range of colours and sizes available. Providing the ultimate in performance, strength and durability but without the cost or weight of a real slate shower tray. As a leader in the market, Traymate felt now

was the ideal time to revisit the overall brand and marketing of the company, as they continue to seek growth opportunities, after being bought by Hartford Holdings in 2021. The new communications are a very welcome

reflection of the premium products Traymate manufacture and give a clear indication of the direction in which the business wishes to grow.
