UK bath manufacturer Trojan prepares for 50th anniversary celebrations with further investment
eading UK acrylic bath manufacturer Trojan is looking ahead to a year of innovation and growth as it marks its 50th year in business.

The Yorkshire-based business has planned further investment into its gel coat shower tray division, Traymate, which was relocated from Essex to Huddersfield in May 2023 and fully absorbed into Trojan in January 2024. Trojan has invested over £750k into Traymate manufacturing capabilities in the past 12 months, with a further £180k planned to increase capacity and improve efficiency by Easter of this year.
David Mosley, managing director of Trojan, highlighted the significance of the milestone year ahead: “Our 50th anniversary is a moment to celebrate the incredible journey of Trojan while continuing to focus on our future. From small acorns mighty oaks grow and our continued investment into Traymate reinforces our commitment to innovation, reinvention, and growth. With a highly skilled team and additional resources in place, we are poised to deliver a market leading tray to our customers both here in the UK and overseas.”
Founded in 1975 by David’s father, Maurice Mosley, Trojan has grown into one of Europe’s largest bath manufacturers, recognised for its quality and service levels.
The firm has a series of upcoming celebrations planned to reflect both its legacy and vision for the future.
