WE WANT TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE KNOWLEDGE-SHARING AND PROBLEM-SOLVING ARE AT THE CENTRE OF THE EVENTS AND MOVE BEYOND JUST ‘SHOWCASING PRODUCTS’
- Michael Ryan, head of FESPA Global Print Expo
Corrugated will be a dedicated platform for corrugated packaging and point-of-sale display applications. It will include a 1,500m sq. exhibition space showcasing materials, machinery, workflow software and technologies, as well as a dedicated conference programme. Textile will appeal to businesses that work with printed textiles across fashion, apparel and interior décor. Visitors will also have access to the ‘Personalisation and Textile’ conference programme, which will highlight how businesses can capitalise on opportunities, maximise productivity and reduce waste across their production lines.
Q. What does the strapline ‘The Place for Experts’ mean? A. We want to create an environment where knowledge-sharing and problem-solving are at the centre of the events and move beyond just ‘showcasing products’. Every hall is designed to help experts find solutions, ask the right questions and make more confident investment decisions.
Q. What trends do you expect to surface? A. Personalisation, sustainability and automation remain at the top of the agenda. Demand for tailored experiences is rising, sustainability is now a baseline expectation, and automation is increasingly used for speed, reliability and minimising errors.
Q. Any highlights visitors shouldn’t miss? A. At WrapFest (taking part alongside FESPA Global Print Expo and its co-located events), visitors will get to experience the high-energy World Wrap Masters (Europe and Series Final) competitions. On days three and four of the event, regional champions will battle it out to be crowned World Wrap Masters 2026 champion in the Finals of the global series. Over the first two days of the event, World Wrap Masters Europe will see regional competitions, during which vehicle wrappers from across Europe will go head-to-head to wrap a variety of special objects and vehicles.
Q. What are you most looking forward to? A. Bringing experts together under ‘The Place for Experts’, meeting familiar faces from the UK and seeing them discover a new technology that will change their business for the better. That’s the most rewarding part for me. I look forward to welcoming you all to Barcelona!

WHAT TO WATCH
FESPA is a globally recognised organisation for a wide range of visual communication industries and will host brands and manufacturers from around the world, but there are plenty of exhibitors that our UK-based readers may be interested in too.
One of these such exhibitors is Very Displays. The company is exhibiting for the first time this year, joining FESPA at a time of great change.
Very Displays’ main reasons for attending the European Sign Expo are to showcase its products and services to a targeted audience.
The company will be bringing its best-selling portable display solutions including lightboxes, flags, café barriers, pavement signage, sustainable banners and fabric displays.
Kirsty Corcoran, marketing manager for Very Displays, said: “It is the first time we will be exhibiting after visiting the show for a few consecutive years so we can’t wait to be a part of the buzz and explore all the show has to offer as an exhibitor.”
Exhibiting in Hall 3 at the show is Kavalan, leading the way in PVC-free wide-format materials, they will be at FESPA displaying its lightweight banner material, double-sided blockout material, PVC-free mesh banner, coated wall covering materials and a new floor mat solution.
