Gaia Energy Strengthens Leadership Team with Two Key Appointments


Merseyside retrofit and renewable energy specialist Gaia Energy has welcomed two senior hires to its leadership team to support the company’s rapid growth. Denis Hennigan joins as Strategic Development Director and Marc Goudie takes up the role of Head of Decarbonisation.


Hennigan, previously Director of Business Development at Ecogee, brings extensive experience in the energy and decarbonisation sector to the team. In his new role, he will focus on driving business growth, building strategic partnerships and expanding Gaia Energy’s market presence. Since launching in 2020, Gaia Energy (formerly Gray North West) has reported consistent


(Great British Insulation Scheme), SHDF Wave 3 (Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund) and Local Authority Warm Homes programmes.


Speaking on the appointments, Liam Gray, Founder and Managing Director of Gaia Energy, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Denis and Marc to the team. Denis brings a proven track record in driving scalable growth, while Marc’s expertise in compliance and decarbonisation makes him a key hire for our operations. Their combined experience and leadership will be instrumental as we continue to expand our services and deliver on our growth ambitions.”
