development. There will be underground pipework running between Blocks A and B, and branch pipework from the mains into each Block. Power On will deliver service connections to each individual residence and commercial unit and provide all domestic heating interface units.
SUSTAINABLE LIVING Rivermark has been designed with sustainable living at its core, with solar panels and biodiverse brown roofs. Power On is supporting this by using the latest models of ASHPs in the market, offering increased efficiency and decreased power requirements and associated electrical infrastructure. A decarbonised concept solution has been provided with almost 94% contribution from ASHPs. Joe Mariani, senior commercial manager at

is located in Poplar next to the River Lea. For this, Power On has been awarded the full multi- utilities connections contract, including the district heating and hot water system and associated energy centre, for 530 high-rise apartments and 1,500sqm of commercial space.
MULTI-UTILITY NETWORKS For the project, Power On has been contracted to design, build and adopt the multi-utility networks. Heating and hot water for the development will be
supplied from an energy centre located in block F, providing low temperature hot water (LTHW) for space heating and domestic hot water (DHW) via a district heating network. The complete Energy System will comprise
roof-mounted Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) plant and supplementary electric boiler plant. In addition to the Energy Centre in Block F, there will be a heat substation within Block B, serving this block as well as Blocks A, C and G. The district heating system works will include not
only the energy centre but also mains distribution pipework, which will run internally within the
Taylor Wimpey London, said: “Power On was able to provide the design excellence and dynamic solutions that we needed for this prestigious and environmentally focused development. Having just one company and one point of contact for the whole multi-utility project benefits us in efficiency, time and cost.” Neil Fitzsimons, managing director of Power
On, added: “The Rivermark development is an exciting opportunity to showcase our skills in district heating and hot water for mixed-use, high-rise developments that are complex in nature. These are our forte at Power On.”

Looking forward to the All-Energy Strategic Summit
Anam Khan, Event Manager, All-Energy, RX
“We’re expecting a fantastic response to the Call for Papers for our show floor theatres. While there isn’t a Call for the All-Energy Strategic Summit, we’re already in discussions with key stakeholders who will form our Executive Board. Together, we’ll be shaping the Summit’s themes and panel discussions, drawing inspiration from the UK Government’s Clean Energy Industries Plan and focusing on frontier sectors that will be highly relevant next May. “The full Strategic Summit programme, along with details of our side events and a first look at our special 25th Anniversary features, will be unveiled in January 2026. “We’re also thrilled by the outstanding response from exhibitors so far. To be 42% ahead at this stage is a first for All-Energy and reflects the event’s growing momentum as the UK’s meeting place for the entire clean energy community. It’s clear that the industry’s enthusiasm for collaboration and innovation continues to grow as we look toward our 25th anniversary edition next year. “All-Energy’s success also benefits from being part of RX’s global portfolio of leading energy events, including Oceanology International, SPE Offshore Europe, the World Future Energy Summit, and the World Hydrogen Summit & Exhibition (with associated events in the USA, Australia, and Saudi Arabia). Our sister event, All-Energy Australia, opens later this month in Melbourne, continuing to build international connections and insight across the sector.. A full list appears at
