WDS´ confectionery machine portfolio The WDS portfolio covers a wide range of applications and production requirements for the entire spectrum of deposited masses with depositing temperatures ranging from 20 °C to over 150 °C. In the field of Mogul plants, WDS has extensive experience with jelly and gum masses based on pectin, gum arabic, gelatine, agar-agar and carrageenan, as well as liquorice, fondant, cream, marshmallow foam and similar products. WDS Mogul plants are valued for their efficiency, durability and high availability, and are offered with both conventional and chainless tray transport systems. The latest highlight is the MogulPRO with its maintenance-friendly pusher system and sophisticated features for tray stacking and filling, product cleaning and depositing. In starchless production, WDS offers solutions that have already proven
successful for many years in the manufacture of toffees, fondant and jellies. In response to growing demand for hygienic production solutions, particularly in the rapidly expanding segment for functional gummies, WDS has further advanced its moulding technologies with a strong focus on clean, reliable and compliance-oriented production. For chocolate applications, WDS supports businesses of varying sizes
and production targets, offering capacities from 200 kg/h to 7,000 kg/h. Solutions include the ConfecECO, a start-up line for plain and centre-filled tablets, bars, pralines and masses with inclusions, as well as the ConfecPRO, a modular production plant designed for medium to high output and future- oriented expansion.
