Next-day delivery
Strukta runs as a 24-hour operation, so customers can order up until 6.30pm via the online platform (struktaHUB) for next day delivery to site. In construction, delayed deliveries can have serious knock-on effects, affecting project deadlines, damaging reputation and increasing project costs, which is why the team places such emphasis putting the processes in place that guarantee an efficient delivery.
Moggach says: “The trucks are on the road by 6am to ensure they’re delivering the goods to sites when they need them. Efficient process is the key to our service delivery of on-time, in full being so strong. We know if we get our parts all right, we can get the customer what they need when they need it, and it will allow them to continue to work on their projects. In fact, our real message to our customers is always, ‘trust us to keep you working’. The last thing a developer needs is for his team to be sitting around waiting for materials.
