1. Dik Geurts Soren 5 wood stove The new freestanding DRU Soren 5 fire has a classic square shape with a new door design in a dark anthracite finish. The standard heat output is 4.9 kW so it can be used without additional ventilation and it has an A+ energy rating with 82% energy efficiency. These stoves can be installed into existing UK fireplaces by hollowing out the chimneybreast and creating an inglenook fireplace. There are also freestanding models with various log storage options. The Odin is a circular wood stove that can be wall-mounted or suspended from the ceiling. The latest model includes a sturdy base that takes up very little space in the living room but creates an impressive focal point. It is available in both single-sided Front or Tunnel models. It has a maximum 8 kW heat output with an energy rating of 75%.

Axus Decor’s new Arystox Abrasives has an innovative “microcrystalline” structure which breaks into tiny fragments when sanded, revealing new, razor-sharp edges. The result is speedy removal with minimal user effort. It also takes a long time for the ceramic mineral to break down entirely, so the abrasives last longer. Arystox comes in three formats: Blocks, Flexi-Pads and Paper. Blocks have an ultra-high-density foam that helps distribute even pressure to the surface being sanded. Whilst Flexi-Pads adapt to different surface contours, making them great for use on mouldings. Arystox Paper (on a roll) has a flexible, latex backing that’s highly resistant to tearing, cracking and creasing. All are suitable for wet or dry application.

6. Grant QR Cylinder range
The 14-strong range of Grant QR Cylinders are suitable for installation alongside gas and oil boilers, solar thermal systems and air source heat pumps, offering universal compatibility. They comprise of single and twin coil variants as well as pre-plumbed and slimline models.
