GREENGATES INVESTS IN COUNTERACT SOFTWARE


Greengates, a builders merchant based in Accrington in Lancashire, has taken on the CounterAct software system from Border Merchant Systems.


T


he change was part of the investment planning for Greengates’ new site in Whinney Hill Road, giving


Greengates excellent access to both the town and the M65. The previous site was behind a row of terraced houses, where access and space was limited.


After a number of key


demos, as well as existing user recommendations and site visits, Greengates chose CounterAct Software from Border. Greengates had its new CounterAct system setup in October and is now participating in a comprehensive on-site training programme with


the team at Border. Phil Davies – commercial


manager at Border says: “I am delighted to welcome Greengates into the family of CounterAct users. We look forward to
