Premier Coating and Converters Ltd are proud to announce that Lee Charles has joined the company as Commercial Director. Lee brings with him a wealth of knowledge that he has
developed over the past 20+ years in the pressure sensitive adhesive industry. Having gained experience in all areas of the PSA market from adhesive manufacture, release liner manufacture and film manufacture, Lee is a welcome addition to the team and will ensure that our customers continue to receive the great levels of service that they have become accustomed to with PCC.

DAVE MCMULLEN – OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
With 28 years of operations and supply chain management experience under his belt, Dave continues his progression at PCC by becoming Operations Director. Fully trained in purchasing, Dave has achieved
an MCIPs qualification, one of the most prestigious titles a professional purchaser can gain. Following on from his previous 9 years at Premier Coatings, he has continued to develop the company from an internal standpoint, covering all aspects of day to day manufacture. Dave’s knowledge and experience will be used to its full potential in his new role, guiding PCC forward and ensuring that all aspects of the business remain efficient and effective.

Now working alongside Lee Charles, Jake started his career with PCC 10 years ago. Whilst pursuing a university degree in London, he has progressed
his way through the company to ultimately establish himself in this new account management role; ensuring that both new and existing customers receive the guidance they require when creating their labelling solutions. Jake has truly ‘been there and done it’ when it comes to understanding the capabilities and processes of one of the leading self-adhesive manufacturers in the industry.
