March 2020 China’s 2020 Guangzhou Int’ l Vending Machines and Self- service Facilities Fair (VMF 2020) will be held from March 4 to 6, 2020 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou. At the event, the spotlight will fall on global coffee consumption, which is growing at a rate of 15 per cent China. In fact, it is expected that the scale of China’s coffee market will reach 100 billion yuan in 2025. As with the growth of the coffee market, self-service coffee machines also appear to have a promising future in China. Many brand coffee machine companies like Bianchi Industry SPA, Jetinno, Laqtia, Macas, HONTECH are already on board for China VMF 2020. In recent years, the number of vending machines in China


have grown at 30% CAGR and it is predicted that by 2020, there will be 138 million vending machines in the country, with annual sales up to 100 Billion Yuan, China has also become the biggest vending machine manufacturer and exporter in the world, with Guangdong contributing most of the export volume. Receiving praise from worldwide insiders for the past few


years, China VMF has become a popular annual exhibition in the global self-service vending industry. It is expected that China VMF 2020 will gather 700 exhibitors on a show floor of 50,000sqm. An International Pavilion has been set aside for overseas exhibitors to allow them to achieve better results. This year China VMF hosted 365 exhibitors, occupying 13,045sqm of exhibition space, and registered 32,505 visits in three days. Exhibitors were grouped in three themed exhibiting areas — vending machines and self-service, new retail and payment solutions, and fresh delivery and cold chain tech equipment — each featuring key players such as Fuji Electric, Sanden, Bianchi, Easy Touch, YoPoint, LE Vending, Foxconn, TCN, Holo, Comma, DeepBule, Superlead, CPI, Nayax, Union Pay and latiqia.
