The Which Recommended Provider Survey Being recognised by Which? a highly respected advocate for consumers, is an honour. In the latest Which? Best Home Appliance Stores survey, Euronics ranks among the top three retailers, underlining our focus on quality, value, and outstanding customer service. This achievement is not just about numbers; it refl ects the hard work and passion of every Euronics Agent who goes above and beyond for their customers. Which? invited over 4,000 shoppers to share


their experiences of buying home appliances, both in-store and online. The feedback was clear: Euronics off ers great advice, isn’t just interested in selling, and always strives to do

the right thing for the customer. We received top marks for customer service, product quality, delivery, value for money, product range, and aftersales service. Importantly, Euronics also passed Which?’s


stringent checks on terms and conditions and returns policies, further demonstrating our commitment to transparency and fairness.
