Designed with European lifestyles in mind, LG AI Home is a fully integrated system where products communicate with each other to improve performance, save time and energy, and provide us with the personalized care and comfort we deserve. Key elements of LG ThinQ AI include ThinQ
UP, which lets us customize our appliances with features that fi t our needs, and ThinQ Care, which delivers proactive maintenance to help keep our devices running at their best. The LG booth was divided into several
discrete zones, each showing a diff erent aspect of its AI Home vision. The Hero Zone, served as the centrepiece – illustrating how its appliances work together like an orchestra, with ThinQ AI as the conductor, bringing harmony to our home. In the Fit & Max Zone, LG recreated European
style living spaces to show how eff ortlessly its innovations can fi t into real homes. Perfect for compact spaces, the lineup included kitchen and living solutions designed to save space while maximizing capacity – like its new refrigerator with a Zero Clearance Hinge. The AI Core Tech Zone highlighted the advanced AI technologies behind LG’s latest Better Life innovations. In laundry, the AI-driven Heat Pump Washer Dryer was introduced, delivering a complete wash-and- dry cycle with an “A” energy rating. Over in the AI Home Zone, visitors saw LG AI Home in action through real-life scenarios. Live demonstrations made clear the many benefi ts of its smart ThinQ ON-powered ecosystem, where voice commands can be used, automated routines and personalized settings. Vacuum cleaning solutions were another highlight of the IFA showcase. The new generation of vacuum cleaners revealed included smarter robot vacuums, a built-in docking station with automated capabilities
Dolby Unveiled Dolby Vision 2: A New Era for TV Picture Quality Dolby Vision 2 Unlocks even more potential from your TV through new powerful and intelligent technology to deliver next-level viewing experiences. Hisense is the fi rst TV brand to introduce
Dolby Vision 2 to its lineup. These TVs will be powered by MediaTek Pentonic 800 with “MiraVision™ Pro” PQ Engine, the fi rst silicon chip to integrate Dolby Vision 2. Timing and availability will be announced at a later date. “This represents exactly the kind of

product tiers from TV manufacturers. Dolby Vision 2 Max delivers the best picture on the highest performing TVs, adding additional premium features designed to utilize the full capabilities of these displays. Dolby Vision 2 brings dramatically improved
picture quality to mainstream TVs, delivering the core next-generation capabilities made possible through the new Dolby Image Engine and Content Intelligence. The list of innovations witnessed at IFA Berlin
were endless, though the word CONNECTIVITY sums up the vast number of products available now and in the future. It’s becoming a reality where smartphones
are to be replaced by smart glasses, wearables and Ai is closer than we think. Extended Reality (XR) glasses plus connected wearables and voice-controlled interfaces are seamlessly integrating digital information into our surroundings. Just imagine, from being woken up by your smart mattress at the optimal moment. Once wearing your XR glasses, the display highlights your day’s schedule. The coff ee is already brewed, and the fridge has already reordered groceries on its own.
PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
Whether at work or at home, Documents fl oat in the air ready to be moved with a simple gesture. If in a meeting, Ai keeps the Minutes and organises information and thinks ahead regarding agreed tasks. What sounds like science fi ction could soon become everyday life, as seen around every corner at IFA Berlin.
Outlook for IFA 2026 The IFA Berlin will take place from 4 to 8 September 2026 at the Messe Berlin grounds. Leading international brands have already confi rmed their participation. The growth segments of content creation, computing & gaming, wellbeing & beauty tech, mobility and IFA Next will be even more in focus in 2026. These areas are increasingly shaping the profi le of the trade show and refl ect the transformation of the entire industry. Due to the positive feedback from exhibitors and visitors, special features such as the Beauty Hub, the Creator Hub and the Outdoor Gardening & Cooking Zones will be further expanded. The IFA Retail Leaders Summit will also enter its second round, bringing together international retail and technology experts to discuss and jointly shape the future prospects of the retail sector. IFA Moments will also continue to inspire in 2026 – special campaigns and events that will set highlights throughout the year and deepen the connection between technology, culture and lifestyle.
