Why It Matters So Much to Us, and Our Members

t Combined Independents (Holdings) Ltd (CIH), everything we do comes
back to one core aim: helping members of our buying group succeed in a competitive and fast-moving market. That’s why our Euronics Showcase continues to stand out for me as one of the most important benefits we offer. Showcase is our unique, members-only
event, held across two days at the NEC in Birmingham. It’s a platform for more than 50 leading brands to exhibit and present their
latest innovations directly to CIH members and Euronics agents. But more than that, Showcase is a space where relationships are strengthened and valuable ideas
are shared, so that our members can plan effectively for their business in the year ahead. As we look forward to our next event, taking place on Sunday and Monday the 19th and 20th April, I’m excited that we are, once again, bringing this entire Euronics community together under one roof. When I attended
my first Showcase as CEO last year, what really stood out for me was the power of face-to-face conversations. In an increasingly digital

Retail can be a challenging landscape. Consumer behaviour is changing, technology is evolving quickly, and economic pressures continue to build. The Euronics Showcase is valuable in helping members make sense of the current landscape and predict what may come ahead. For example, this year we’re hosting three seminars each day, alongside an in-person business forum each day for members and Euronics agents. This will give members the opportunity to speak directly with me and the CIH board, about what matters most to them. Showcase is a clear and tangible example of the value in being part of Euronics. By bringing members and suppliers together at scale, it creates meaningful opportunities for collaboration, insight and growth. It reflects the collective strength of the Euronics group and our commitment to reinvesting in initiatives that help our members. As a group, we are about far more than buying power. No CIH member operates in isolation.
Being a member is about partnership,
support and long-term growth, working together for the benefit of everyone involved. The Euronics Showcase embodies this spirit and demonstrates how much stronger we are together as a group.
