ESP sets two-year on-site warranty for Espire range
ESP has announced the immediate launch of its new two-year on-site warranty for eligible products within the Espire fi re and carbon monoxide alarm range.
S
etting a new standard for aſt ersales support in the domestic fi re safety market, the off er is believed to be the only warranty of its kind currently off ered in the sector.
The new initiative reinforces ESP’s commitment to supporting contractors beyond the point of installation by providing direct on-site assistance in the unlikely event of a product fault. The Espire range has been developed to deliver reliable fi re and CO protection solutions for residential applications. While product warranties are commonplace within the industry, ESP’s new on-site warranty goes a step further by off ering practical support at the installation location, helping contractors minimise disruption, save valuable time and maintain confi dence in completed projects.

The on-site warranty applies only to products and sites that have been successfully registered.
