Forum Lighting Solutions received the trophy for Best Customer Service - Brand. Steve Kaye said the company is “thrilled and humbled… we really care and try to be the best, and it is satisfying to be appreciated by our customers and the industry.”

Alert Electrical Wholesalers received the award for Best Customer Service: Wholesaler.

Best New Product was very highly contested, and was ultimately awarded to Kosnic Lighting for its Trent 3 Modular Non-corrosive Linear Luminaire. Matt Teeling said: “We’re thrilled… It’s a wonderful acknowledgment of the effort and passion our team puts into developing innovative, reliable solutions for our customers.”

The penultimate accolade of the day, Best Overall Brand, went to Marshall-Tufflex. Jeremy Dodge said: “It is great to get this recognition especially as it is voted for by electrical wholesalers… It reflects a lot of excellent work by everyone in our company, thank you to everyone who voted for us, it means a lot to us.”

The EW team hopes to see you all back at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel in 2026 for next year’s EW Awards!

The final category of the day was new for 2025: the Industry Personality Award. Chosen specifically by the EW Awards wholesaler panel, this award went to someone who has dedicated nearly 20 years to this industry, empowering and educating through their role as a training manager to ensure current electrical professionals and the next generation are equipped with confidence, technical excellence and a clear vision for the future. This year’s winner was John Ford from Robus. Robus commented:

“John’s made a huge impact across the industry. He’s a natural teacher, a gifted storyteller, and brings passion to his work every single day. We’re lucky to have him, and it’s great to see the wider industry thinks so too.”

Congratulations to all of the winners, highly commended and finalist entrants, who should all be incredibly proud of themselves.

Organiser Datateam Business Media would like to heartily congratulate all winners and extend its thanks to everyone who showed their support to the industry by attending this year’s Electrical Wholesaler Awards.
