electricalwholesalerawards.co.uk

Last call for entries for the EW Awards 2019!

Time’s ticking – entries for the 2019 edition of the Electrical Wholesaler awards close this month! The awards, now in their sixth year, celebrate the exemplary products, service and achievements of electrical wholesalers, manufacturers and suppliers. It’s now even easier to enter, too! See for yourself at electricalwholesalerawards.co.uk, and get those last minute nominations in.

T

o find out if you’re a winner, you’ll need to enter the awards (via our incredibly user-friendly online entry form), which have been jointly organised by Electrical Wholesaler magazine and our publisher, Datateam Business Media Ltd.

Entries close on January 15th – so don’t hang around! This year, the awards ceremony takes place on Thursday May 9th, culminating in a gala dinner at London’s Tower Hotel – the stunning venue where the first ever EW awards were announced back in 2014. To enter or submit a nomination, visit the awards website at

electricalwholesalerawards.co.uk, and check out our fuss-free online entry forms. We’ve introduced a refreshed decision-making process for 2019, as well as new categories, meaning there’s really never been a better time to get involved.

Wholesaler Categories Electrical wholesalers simply need to submit their information via the online form, along with a non-compulsory supporting statement, which will then be put to an industry vote. For the first time, the industry will hold 100% of the power in the wholesaler categories – with the online vote being the only decision-maker in which wholesalers will take home an award. ●Best Wholesaler: Sole Branch ●Best Wholesaler: 6-25 branches ●Best Individual Branch

●Best Wholesaler: 2-5 branches ●Best Wholesaler: 26+ branches ●Best Wholesaler Website

●Best Customer Service: Wholesaler

Manufacturer/Supplier Categories For manufacturers and suppliers in the electrical wholesaling sector, entries for outstanding and innovative products can be submitted along with supporting information through the online form. In these categories, the winners will be decided by a two-part process. A panel of experts and an online industry vote will hold a 50/50 weighting in these categories, ensuring that the winners are selected for both technical and practical excellence. ●Best Lighting Product

●Best Safety/Security Product ●Best Energy Saving Product

●Best Heating Product ●Best New Product ●Best Overall Supplier

●Best Customer Service: Manufacturer/Supplier

Lifetime Contribution Award The EW Awards also include a Lifetime Contribution Award, for which nominations are sought. If you would like to nominate an industry stalwart, whose contribution to the industry over the years has gone above and beyond, please send your nomination to Events Sales Manager, Mike Gammon, together with a brief synopsis of why this person deserves industry recognition.
