Consort Claudgen has launched its latest innovation, the MRX1 Multizone wireless controller, which offers ‘zoning’ of your electric heating system.
This central controller can control up to eight heating zones using the existing CRX2 controllers, where each CRX2 can control multiple Consort RX heaters in the same room or zone. The MRX1 is simple to set up and easy to programme, has a
large backlit LCD colour display with touchscreen control. A 7-day programme with six time periods per day can be set
separately for each zone and if required, can be duplicated across other zones, saving time. Temperature adjustments for all zones can also be done simultaneously. Aico Ltd, the UK leader in residential Fire and Carbon Monoxide (CO) Alarms, has expanded its training and support services for customers, with two new Mobile Training & Demonstration Units plus an extended Centre of Excellence at its Oswestry premises. The new mobile training vehicles deliver detailed product and alarm technology information, plus CPD accredited Expert Installer training, right to customers’ doors. Information boards on Aico technologies, such as RadioLINK+ and AudioLINK, and alarm ranges – with functional product attached – are installed within the units, along with a virtual tour of the company’s manufacturing process.
