Advertorials Hi Temp Polyimide Sockets
E-tec introduce any shape, any pattern, any pin count custom hi temp sockets - customers can build their own turned pin socket and E-tec will produce the parts in days with no tooling costs ( unless a new brass terminal design is required ) and at a price comparable to conventional turned pin sockets.
Sockets and adaptors are produced in FR4 or hi temp polyimide for applications requiring elevated operating temperatures up to 300 degrees C. Sockets can also be produced in MT40 and Rogers material for special applications.
E-tec offer a wide range of sockets including circular, rectangular, single, double, triple strips etc. on any pitch. Elevated sockets used for example with LED displays can be produced by incorporating a raised turned pin terminal. Applications for hi temp sockets are found in the Oil and Gas industry, Aerospace and Defence, Industrial and Instrumentation, Sensors, Medical, Automotive and Transport. T CARDS DIRECT launches new
online systems at autumn shows The proven and well established T CARDS DIRECT task management system will be showcased at a number of key exhibitions this autumn including Northern Manufacturing 2nd and 3rd October. Of special interest will be the demonstration of the very latest versions of T Cards Online, a web-based system featuring ITTT technology (If This, Then That) at these upcoming events.
The beauty of the manual T Cards system is its simplicity and how it can be implemented with minimal effort and cost which is why it’s established as one of the most effective ways of managing tasks and resources for a wide range of applications.
The introduction of T Cards Online was a natural progression and the accessibility and connectivity benefits have now been further extended thanks to the development of the new updated version of T Cards Online. This represents a major step forward in managing tasks even more efficiently which is particularly important given the uncertainties of the current trading climate where operating margins and profits are under pressure and marginal gains become more significant.
The new web-based T Cards Online system enables users to easily set rules for events and define outcomes using the ITTT function. For example, it can automatically send e-mails to a defined address when a task or job is moved to a category. Likewise, an automated alarm if a T Card has been ‘inactive’ for a pre-set time period. The system enables all this information to be displayed either on large in-office screens or on mobile devices such as mobiles and tablets allowing staff access to information which is critical to them. In addition, the new ‘Quick’ reporting system is ideal for generating graphs and reports showing Key Performance Indicators.
Since its launch over 60 years ago T Cards continues to evolve and provide important benefits as a simple, yet vital tool in helping companies to make efficiencies and so proves the point that not all improvements need to be a high-tech, high cost solution.
Making Work Easier-Making Processes Better • Task management made clear and precise • Information at a glance • Multi User Access with free APP • Multi User Access with Free AP • Simple Integration with API • Set Triggers, Define Outcomes • Free No Obligation Trial

NEW Delta Elektronika 15kW to 900kW regenerative bi-directional DC power supplies
With the latest bi-directional power supply models; SM500-CP-90, SM1500- CP-30 and the SM70-CP-450. Delta have extended their capabilities for 15kW per unit to 900kW. Standard feature for this supply is Delta's new Power Recovery (Regeneration) Technology: in sink mode these bi-directional power supplies can return full power back into the grid and thanks to an efficiency of 95%, there is no need for expensive water cooling systems. The flexible output covers the output range of five separate power supplies with a traditional rectangular VI-Curve.
Some of the SM15K Series Features/Functionalities include: • Bi-Directional power supply with standard 15kW source and sink (parallel operation to 900kW)
• Flexible output with Constant Power characteristics • Power Regeneration Technology: in sink mode the PSU returns the energy back into the grid
• Easy Master/Slave parallel & series operation up to 300kW • Very low heat dissipation. Efficiency is more than 95%. No need for expensive cooling systems
• Excellent dynamic responses to load changes including all-digital control to adapt regulation to match load type • Designed for long life at full power • Protected against all overload and short circuit conditions • Operation on wide range of 3 phase AC input voltages • Ethernet interface, built-in sequencer and web interface are included • Large user display, menu driven operations
• Durable digital encoders for voltage and current adjustment and menu operation
• EMC surpasses CE requirements; low emission and high immunity • Low audible noise; temperature controlled by cooling fans
