Advertorials New Omron AC PCB Relay Delivers Its Highest Load Capacity
Omron Electronic Components Europe has extended its AC relay portfolio to provide its highest ever current and voltage capacity for AC PCB relays. The new G9KA-E operates with voltage capacity up to 1000VAC, and current up to 300A – one of the highest specifications in the current PCB relay market. Omron’s G9KA high-power relay series guarantees a mechanical lifetime of 100,000 operations. The ultra-low contact resistance of 0.2mOhm maximum minimises contact terminal heating allowing it to carry high current loads. The plunger-type relay structure
provides high endurance and lower power consumption, whilst well-designed terminals improve heat dissipation, further enhancing safety and longevity.
Applications include grid-tie inverters and uninterruptible power supplies. The G9KA series can be applied to inverters for photovoltaic and energy storage systems. Specifically, the G9KA-E is suitable for use in 200-400kVA / 600-800VAC inverters. Omron’s G9KA-E AC PCB relay is also ideal for UPS input and output lines, providing disconnect from the grid and the load. A particular advantage here is G9KA-E’s suitability for power supplies that incorporate 100-200kVA, 3-phase 400VAC input/output circuits. Replacing conventional contactors in all applications, these new PCB high-power relays reduce system weight and size whilst enabling simpler manual or automated assembly.

5” & 4.12” TFT LCD with Incell CTP
Craft Data’s newest additions to their display range are the LI12720T050TA3098, 5.0” 720(RGB)x1280 resolution and the LI72720T041TA3598 4.12” 720(RGB) x720 resolution IPS TFT LCD with the latest “Incell” 2-Point Capacitive Touch technology. For those not familiar with the term “Incell”, this refers to the capacitive touch being incorporated within the TFT cell reducing the need for the touch cover lens. This technique reduces the number of reflective surfaces within the TFT+Touch structure resulting in an ultra-thin (1.61mm and 2.12mm respectively), high contrast,
high colour gamut (70%) displays suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Both displays have a very good optical performance with an “All View” viewing direction, ultrawide viewing angles of 85°/85°/85°/85°, a 16.7M colour palette plus brightness’s of 300nits (5”) & 350nits (4.12”). The modules feature a MIPI display interface and an I²C touch interface all connecting through a single FPC.

OKW’s Updated RAILTEC SUPPORT Modular DIN Rail PCB Holders
OKW’s RAILTEC SUPPORT open PCB holders for TH35, TH15 and G32 DIN rails are now available in light grey as standard.
They are part of OKW’s RAILTEC C range of DIN rail enclosures for automation, Industry 4.0/Smart
Factory, building and safety technology, and HVAC systems. Applications also include automatic timers, sensors, relays, signal distribution, lighting controls, subrack interfaces, electronics modules, amplifiers and transformers.
RAILTEC SUPPORT comprises a modular system of end sections and intermediate parts that make it quick and easy to create open PCB holders in different widths.
These PCB holders are moulded from PA6 FR (30), a tough, high-performance plastic that offers V-0 flammability protection. They are available in two versions to fit 72 mm and 107 mm PCBs.
The end sections are available with or without a DIN rail mounting foot, and in widths of 16, 17.5 and
27.5 mm. The intermediate parts fit to the end sections and can be snapped together in series to achieve the desired support width. They are also offered in widths of 16, 17.5 and 27.5 mm. A separate DIN rail mounting foot is available for the intermediate parts.
Accessories for RAILTEC SUPPORT include four wall suspension elements designed to fit the various end sections.
RAILTEC SUPPORT’s new light grey standard colour brings it into line with other RAILTEC C DIN rail enclosures. The RAILTEC C range includes fully enclosed housings in four versions, offering a choice of free through passage and ventilation options. All four versions can be assembled quickly with snap-in enclosure parts and swift installation of PCBs and terminals.
