outhern Manufacturing & Electronics has long been a showcase for breakthrough materials, advanced production

technologies and next-generation digital tools shaping the future of industry. This year’s exhibitor line-up reflects that spirit of progress, offering visitors an opportunity to discover the latest solutions driving productivity, sustainability and competitiveness across the sector. First-time exhibitor MPE Electronics will

introduce visitors to its high-reliability contract electronics manufacturing services, spanning PCB assembly and full box build for industrial and commercial sectors. The company will demonstrate how a dependable CEM partner can reduce procurement pressures and strengthen supply chain resilience, supporting customers from prototyping through to volume production. Newbury Electronics will be showcasing

its comprehensive end-to-end electronics manufacturing capability, which spans electronic product design, PCB layout, fabrication, assembly, testing and certification. With services ranging from one-day turnaround of PCBs to conformal coating, laser-cut solder paste stencils and advanced EMC and environmental testing, the company will demonstrate how it supports industries ranging from aerospace and defence to medical, photonics and autosport. Digital transformation also features

prominently at this year’s event, with Tecman showcasing how Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central can unify manufacturing and distribution data within a single ERP platform. In addition, Thame Workholding will showcase its Samchully JBM/JBH Jaw Boring Open Centre Hydraulic Chuck, said to be the world’s first power chuck with a built-in boring ring. This is one of several innovations highlighted in Southern Manufacturing & Electronics’ Innovations Gallery. The gallery also features Silclear’s re-Sil,

a recycled silicone material developed to support more sustainable component production. In addition, the gallery will showcase one of the latest AI innovations impacting the manufacturing sector: Blue, an industrial AI for inspection, anomaly detection and quality control, can be witnessed on the Matta Labs stand. Visitors to China Outsourcing’s stand, meanwhile, will be able to find out why the company is rebranding to Global Outsourcing.

Renishaw, meanwhile, will present a range

of innovative metrology and manufacturing solutions, including the UK debut of the Equator-X dual-method gauge. Attendees can also explore the company’s rotary and linear encoder solutions, which deliver high-precision position feedback to enhance machine accuracy, and its additive manufacturing (AM) systems. Altus Group, a distributor of advanced

electronics manufacturing equipment in the UK and Ireland, is returning to the event. It will present a selection of systems that reflect the company’s commitment to improving quality, efficiency, and process control. Demonstrations will include Koh Young’s 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) technology, YJ Links’ conveyoring which will highlight the next step in intelligent line integration, and PVA’s latest conformal coating and dispensing equipment, as well as ASSCON’s vapour phase soldering technology. Also exhibiting this year is Unison, the UK-based inventor of all-electric tube manipulation. At the show, the company will present the capabilities of its full range of tube bending machines, its Pneuform wire bending machines, and its advanced Opt2Sim Scan tube measurement system. Advanced manufacturing specialist, Carfulan

Group, will be showcasing its five specialist technologies, with the highlight being the debut of OGP UK’s SmartScope M7, a high-precision,
