We have a variety of cutting-edge inspection and test equipment on hand, including functional testers and counterfeit part detection, high resolution x-ray with multiple CT imaging options,

and acoustic microscopes for delamination detection within boards or complex devices.


We have the capability to fi nd the smallest defects within your samples and image them with sub-micron resolution. Full failure analysis reports can be provided to help you understand where and how issues are occurring.
