t’s just under two months to go until the Building Services Forum planned for the Building Centre on November 28. The event will see top industry firms and trade bodies showcasing all the latest heating & cooling technologies. The BSF returned after a short hiatus in October last year and was held again in June this year with the aim of bringing the industry together for an in-depth examination of solutions which will galvanise the sector in the decarbonisation journey. Both heating and cooling are carbon hungry processes, and as such they are in the government’s crosshairs in its Net Zero carbon emissions by 2050 endeavour. Industry experts know that this is an enormous challenge, and that all products and technologies with carbon cutting credentials need to be considered if we have a chance of success. It makes these technologies an obvious choice for the forum focus, with building professionals eager to learn more and meet like-minded professionals for an important exchange of ideas.

Sponsored by Mitsubishi Electric, a number of top industry names have already confirmed their participation in what promises to be a bumper event. The one-day briefing will include a line-up of

seminars, a table-top exhibition area with the entire day hosted by freelance journalist, Ewen Rose. Some of the firms who have already confirmed their participation either in our seminar line up or in the table-top exhibition area include:

• Mitsubishi Electric • The Heat Pump Association • Smiths Environmental Products • Kensa Group • Frese • Eurovent Certia • BESA

Datateam Business Media business director Jacqui Henderson said: “We are excited to bring the Building Services Forum back again this November to continue what we started last year in showcasing the technology which will support the Net Zero drive. “This is the perfect opportunity to network with other industry professionals, learn about the challenges we face, and the solutions that are likely to be in place long into the future.” Book tickets at https://bseeforum.co.uk/book-tickets/ If you would like more information about joining us on the day get in touch with Jacqui Henderson at E: Jhenderson@datateam.co.uk

• Mitsubishi Electric market & product intelligence specialist Harvey Loyal Seminar: The future of air conditioning.

• The Kensa Group commercial propositions director, Wouter Tjijssen • Seminar: Street by street decarbonised heat at lowest cost. • The day’s events will round off with a panel discussion led by our host Ewen Rose.

More speakers to be announced soon 
