Liverpool, 23rd September 2024 - In a game- changing move for UK homebuyers, Octopus Energy and Thakeham, one of the leading housebuilders in the south of England, have inked a major deal to deliver all possible future developments as ‘Zero Bills’.
Signed at the Labour Party conference in Liverpool, this partnership will accelerate the rollout of Octopus Energy’s target of 100,000 homes by 2030. The deal will also help drive the UK towards the Hill this year.

New Saniwall Pro Up Style with stylish panels

The Saniwall Pro Up Style is a concealed unit that enables a stylish focal point in a bathroom/ shower room where gravity fed plumbing is either not possible, or is too difficult or expensive. The unique frame system of the Saniwall accommodates all types of wall-hung WCs and uses Grohe cistern technology. The unit features an integral macerator pump with a dual and pumps waste horizontally. Four inlets are located on the macerator for a complete shower room and adjustable feet are supplied as standard to allow variable pan heights. The unit comes with up to five- year extended warranty.
