s the ventilation and fire safety sector evolves, the demand for skilled technicians has never been higher. With the removal of Industry Accreditation (“Grandfather Rights”) in December 2024, there is an urgent need for accessible, structured pathways to formal qualifications. AEME Ltd, in partnership with the NAADUK Training Academy, addresses this challenge head-on by offering two-day intensive training courses designed to equip new entrants with hands-on technical experience—a critical first step toward achieving the Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ) and ensuring long- term career success.
