ampisa Srl. has been established in mainland Europe for over 45 years
and are a recognized supplier and installer of loading bay products, dock levellers and shelters, especially in the ‘Big Shed’ market for major development companies, 3PL’s and recognized food retailers. Alan Jenkins who previously worked
for Hormann as both commercial and sales director along with his colleague and friend Cliff Weller as project sales manager, now both retired were invited to assist Campisa Srl in establishing Campisa UK Ltd. Jenkins and Weller have a wealth of
knowledge in the loading bay market and how to solve ever changing issues and problems in the logistics marketplace. Jenkins concluded that the decision to
return to work was not a difficult one. "It was an easy decision to make to work closely with Campisa - an emerging, enthusiastic and innovative company - and help establish them as a serious contender in the industrial door and loading bay market. ‘Retirement is only a word, not a state of mind’." Most if not all of the major players in the loading bay market offer the same

products that have been around for many years, with very few new product innovations. Not so with Campisa. One of the unique features of the Campisa product range that will be on exhibit the Fidelity drive system for Sectional Overhead doors. This hydraulic drive system does away
with conventional springs, spring shafts and cable drums. The system can be fitted to new doors and/or existing doors. As there are no springs to tension or having to replace cables that come off cable drums, the drive provides a much safer method of installation and servicing of sectional doors. Tensioning or replacing springs at high level is an inherently dangerous and costly operation, which is eliminated with the Fidelity drive system. The Fidelity system can also be incorporated to operate both a sectional door and dock leveller from just one hydraulic power pack, again doing away with the potentially dangerous and hazardous process of working under a leveller and in an operational truck movement area. Besides the Fidelity Drive system, a Dock-house will be displayed on the

stand exhibiting the new Universal Dock leveller, the standard leveller whether swing lip or telescopic lip can be supplied in four variations to suit most if not all site applications. Also on show will be the Campisa
