elcome to the March edition of Electrical Engineering. This month, we celebrated World Engineering Day, honouring the engineers and their invaluable contributions to our industry. At Electrical Engineering magazine, our goal is to bring you the most relevant, insightful and important news, hoping to offer content that resonates with professionals like you. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to put engineers first and express our gratitude for all that you do. That’s why this day holds great significance for us at EE magazine! March has been a busy month for us at Electrical Engineering, as we proudly partnered with Data Centre
W
World at the ExCel Centre in London. We had the privilege of offering an exclusive issue takeover for the event, featuring exhibitor introductions. This gave us the opportunity to connect with incredible companies and experience firsthand the latest advancements in data centres and UPS systems from industry pioneers. It was particularly rewarding to meet face-to-face with companies I usually communicate with online or through PR agencies. I thoroughly enjoyed catching up with the PR professionals I work with daily, discussing what they’re doing and exploring the exciting opportunities for the future of Electrical Engineering. I’m eager to see the outcomes of this trip and look forward to collaborating with both new and familiar faces to create more cutting-edge, fascinating content. Additionally, it was inspiring to celebrate International Women’s Day with EE this month, recognising the women who contribute to the progress and evolution of engineering. While engineering has traditionally been a male-dominated industry, it’s been exciting to witness the growing awareness of opportunities for women. As this awareness continues to rise, the industry is becoming more inclusive, and it’s an exciting time to see the field evolve into a more balanced space, something I’m looking forward to contributing to as well.
Enjoy!
