Three tips to deliver quality at pace 1. Align and gain buy-in from stakeholders early Avoid last-minute changes and friction in your learning design process by aligning with stakeholders from the outset. Ask them about the business problem they want to solve. Doing this helps them to recognise that you’re going to design the best solution to solve their specific problem... not just churn out another elearning or training webinar. It’s much easier to align with
stakeholders when you can all see examples of relevant behaviours. With the right prompts, AI can help you get these nailed faster. And you can quickly prototype programmes aligned to the objectives and share with stakeholders early on. It’s easier to iterate and deliver value when you get learning design right from the start. Plus you’ll skip a whole lot of frustration and friction in your process.

Experiment, Apply, Retain. This goes beyond simply creating learning content to ensure that people are motivated, knowledge sticks and skills get applied in the workplace. 3. Use AI (guided by learning science) AI can definitely create content fast – but is it any good? If you’ve experimented with Chat GPT, you’ll know there’s a real art to prompting. Use learning science to guide the AI.
