Methodology for PCF Calculations of Lubricants, Greases and other Specialties


If a company is taking actions to offset emissions related to a particular product, these compensation measures shall not be included in the calculation of the PCF. Additionally, the remaining GHG emission compensation measures can be reported separately. Herein, compensation or neutralization measures mean GHG related emission/removals in kg CO2eq/kg.
