It’s clear that Reinier and Kiki are a dynamic duo, and we can’t wait to hear more from them in the future. With their unique blend of talents, they are sure to make a mark in the music industry.


As we continue with the subject at hand, we ask Reinier what makes a collaboration a success-story for him. He jumps in and explains that it’s all about that mysterious “click” between musicians.

connection. When you both get excited and start experimenting with some synthesizers, you usually know right away if it’s going to work or not. With some artists, I’ve collaborated but never released anything because it felt forced and didn’t work. But with others, like Armin van Buuren, we made a track in three hours, and it was an instant hit. That’s the best part of collaboration – you’re both excited, have different working styles, and create some- thing new that you could never have made on your own.”


Reinier also shares about his recent studio session with the talented musician, GORDO.


“We made the beginnings of six tracks in one go. He’s a really relaxed guy and a great producer. It was a real success.”


Naturally, we’re curious if we can expect a release from Reinier and GORDO soon.


“Definitely, this spring already. It’s a banger of a track. Our sounds work really well together.”
