Solinity spotlights Chief Innovation Officer Greg Kenny. Greg brings over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) field. Over the course of his career, Greg has amassed a wealth of experience in IT spanning several disciplines including systems design, network/cloud architecture, software development, and process optimization.


Greg leads IT including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) adoption and optimization, HIPAA Security Rule compliance, Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) consulting, and Business Process Optimization through technology implementation and systems integration.


He received his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Tennessee in 1989 and has been involved in the Information Technology (IT) field for over 25 years. He resides in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Steve Oliver. Steve is a seasoned pro in construction having been involved in a variety of aspects of construction for five decades. He joined Lucas McCurdy and his team in 2020 to lead all aspects of construction.


For Steve, construction management has been a major aspect of life for over 5 decades. His father is an Architect and taught Steve all the challenges and complexities of construction and design.
