Hey BTG Family,

Josh and Lucas here from Bridge the Gap™ Podcast, and we’re excited to present to you the Bridge the Gap Magazine!

It’s really exciting to bring senior living voices and thought leadership to a new medium, especially considering our start. Just five years ago, we created the first senior living podcast with little knowledge of podcast production but with the drive and dedication to make it work. We had a vision in mind about giving a voice to the awesome folks who were doing amazing things all throughout our industry, but we weren’t podcasters. We didn’t even have microphones.

Now, five years later, BTG has grown in unexpected and exceptional ways. The podcast has evolved into social media influence, events (in-person and virtual), and meaningful connections and conversations that have changed the way people think about senior living. Five years later, our mission of informing, educating, and influencing carries on.

Our goal for this quarterly publication is to bring the voices we shine a light on to a new platform. We want to engage our audience with a different format in new and creative ways. Throughout the years of interviewing senior living’s top influencers, we’ve realized that everyone has a story to tell—we just have to find new ways to tell those stories in a way that will resonate with you, our audience.

We love the senior living industry and we love the people who are a part of it. If we can provide another outlet to showcase the great work being done throughout the country and to help those who made today possible, we’ll do it with a smile, especially if it helps change the industry for the better.

We hope you enjoy our first issue of Bridge the Gap Magazine!
