VIP Ignite Experience’s Success in Nashville


Since 2018, the Bridge the Gap Podcast has been attending events, interviewing top influencers in the senior living industry. Now, we’ve developed our own event with the goal of building trust and igniting change within the industry.


The VIP Ignite Experience is not just about networking and speaking on a panel. It’s about much more than that—it’s about showing ourselves we can make a difference, a real impact in the senior living industry. VIP Ignite is about learning what our passions are in order to go back to our communities and companies and start developing that vision into a reality. And, of course, it’s also about having a good time.


In August 2021, we had our first VIP Ignite event, and it was incredible! 200 of the industry’s top influencers showed up to make connections and build the foundations of their legacy. We shared, we laughed, we cried, and ultimately, we grew. By the end of the packed 24-hour event, the attendees left with a focus on their legacy and how to shape a better world for those we lead.


In order to change the senior living industry, leaders need to ignite change from within and be the fire that lights the way.
