Police hunt underwear thief!


Police in Clitheroe are hunting a thief who stole women's underwear from a washing line. The intruder made his way into the garden of a house in BollnndProspect, between 8 pm on May 31st and 8 am the next morning and escaped unseen with four pairs of Sloggi skintone briefs, a black bra and knicker set, a white bra and a Curvy Kate bra and knicker set - all to the value of £175. Witnesses are urged to call police on 101.

Members of Clitheroe Bike Club are geared up for their ‘Day of the Century’ this Saturday (June 14 th) with a number of cycle rides setting off from the Platform Gallery throughout the day, followed by a curry evening at Clitheroe Rugby Club to celebrate their achievements.
