Fashion show raises £2k

MODELS took to the catwalk during a charity fashion show in memory of a popular man who- died of cancer. Staff at Le Tete Et Tout in Moor Lane, Clitheroe,

organised the event to honour the memory of James Barlow, of Whalley, who died earlier this year. The fashion show was a huge success and raised £2,000 for Macmillan Nurses.

The fashion show, which featured the autumn/

winter collection, was held at The Grand, Clitheroe. There was entertainment and catwalk by Dapper Menswear and a preview of nightwear by Pucker and Blush of Whalley. Lucy Greenhalgh, who runs La Tete Et Tout,

said: "We had a great night and are pleased with the amount raised.

"Everyone has said how much they enjoyed the

night so we hope to organise another fashion next Spring.

"During the evening a raffle was held with prizes

from locals shops and businesses, which helped to raise more money for the charity. 'The audience also enjoyed a beautiful dance by staff member Charlotte Child."
